LabRat.exp sells print-on-demand apparel. Orders are prepared after purchase and then shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Processing and production

Because products are produced on demand, order preparation may take additional time before dispatch. Estimated production and handling times are typically a few business days, but can vary depending on product availability, destination, and fulfilment workload.

Shipping destinations

Available shipping destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout. If a shipping method is not available for your address, the checkout will not allow that shipping option.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you place your order. The storefront may display promotional shipping offers, such as free shipping over a stated order value, when active.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only. Delays can occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Product prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable duties and taxes where Shopify calculates them as included. Any additional charges shown at checkout should be reviewed before placing the order.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or fail. Contact us as soon as possible at mail2celenarene@gmail.com if you notice an address error after ordering.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package appears lost, damaged, or misdelivered, contact us with your order number and any carrier information. We will review the issue and work with the fulfilment or shipping provider where appropriate.
